How Do I Remove a Product From Nacelle?

When removing product, either permanently, or simply from Nacelle we recommend you follow the steps outlined below.

 

Option 1: Set Product to Draft

  1. Sign into your Shopify dashboard.

  2. Select the product you want removed from Nacelle.

  3. Under Product Status, change from "Active" to "Draft."

  4. Save product.

A re-index should remove the product from Nacelle immediately. 

 

Option 2: Removing the Nacelle App 

  1. Sign into your Shopify dashboard.

  2. Select the product you want removed from Nacelle.

  3. In the Sales Channel and Apps section click on "Manage." 

  4. De-select "Nacelle," and save.

A re-index should remove the product from Nacelle immediately.
