Monitoring Bandwidth Usage (in Vercel)

Periodically monitoring your bandwidth usage in Vercel can be helpful when it comes to keeping your organizations costs in check. It can also provide insights into any particular assets that are a drain on bandwidth. 

To see your bandwidth usage:

1. Start by logging into Vercel.
2. Next select Usage from the navigation bar above.
3. Adjust the billing cycle to the appropriate period.

Keep in mind that bandwidth is tracked at an organizational level (not project). 

The "Top Paths" section lets you see exactly what files are using the most bandwidth. If you notice that your top paths are images (JPG, PNG, GIF) or videos (MP4, AVI, MOV, etc.) consider hosting them on a CDN for improved performance. For more info see our article on Storing Static Assets.
