If there were changes made to a content entry in Contentful, and you are unable to see these changes on your live site, one possibility is that these changes were not published.
Steps to verify:
- Login into Contentful, go to the appropriate space and look for the entry that isn’t displaying the updated data.
- Verify if the content is currently in a published state or in some other state i.e. ‘Unpublish’ or ‘Archive’.
- If it is not in a published state make sure to publish it and perform a content reindex in the Nacelle Space. This should reflect the updated content on the website.
Verify if the contentful token is valid and hasn’t been updated or changed.
Steps to verify:
- Login into Contentful App, and go to the Settings option.
- Go to Space settings-> API keys.
- Look for Content Delivery/preview tokens.
- Click on Content Delivery API - access token entry and then grab the token and make sure that it matches what has been configured within the Nacelle Space.
